This penthouse apartment/condominium was built in the 1980s. The original design didn’t take advantage of the sweeping city views offered by the large panoramic windows, a feature Brenda and the clients wanted to highlight. Brenda convinced her clients to remove an inner wall, which opened up the kitchen and living areas and flooded the rooms with natural light.
